Andie Sterling is the lovely barista and cafe manager, that greets us with her beautiful smile every Wednesday morning at Harvest House! Over the weekend she went and picked wild blackberries from the Duck Creek Farm in Sanger, and mixed them up with other local ingredients to create a refreshing juice cocktail just for our Karma yogis! The deep purple of the juice really resonates with the indigo color that represents the crown chakra. This chakra embodies the experience of unity and self realization that everything is connected at a fundamental level. The crown chakra is the meeting point between finite and infinite, and the "Akasha" is that fundamental level of connection. We can lift our glass to that! Cheers!
