“I am grateful for the great relationship with myself and others.”
Entering February we all have love on our minds but we have tunnel vision focusing on external romantic love. Those without ideal views of love in their life, tend to feel lonelier than ever as Valentines Day approaches. This week, regardless if you have romantic love in your life, take time to examine other forms of love that you do have.
All love starts with loving yourself and then cultivating good relationships with platonic individuals in your life and then finally romantic love. Generate love for yourself first, once you love yourself fully and only then can you find yourself generating love for others.
Use this affirmation this week to find gratitude for those in your life instead of focusing on the couples around you. Maybe start to plan a self care trip alone to do something for yourself that you love. Be grateful for everyone around you but always be grateful for yourself first.
-Namaste, Michi P.
