“My fears will not stand in the way of my goals.”
Happy Monday and Happy Indigenous People’s Day! Today holds mixed feelings for people with some claiming it as one holiday and others another holiday. With fears of erased voices and the hunter full moon last week, this week we focus on releasing our fears and standing strong in our goals, allowing achievements to happen.
On your mat, practice power poses. Anything that allows you to take up your full space on your mat and make you feel powerful. This can be whatever it means for you, some examples could be warrior poses, goddess, star, wide leg fold, dancer etc. find your power on your mat to remove and scare off any fears of any postures,
Off your mat, take a moment to notice if you have something on your to do list that you keep pushing to the bottom because you are afraid to approach it. If nothing comes to mind, maybe making a list of things you need to do and start at the bottom and work your way up the list.
