Beyond the Mat, Your Karma Yoga Denton Teachers
Since 2014, Karma Yoga - Denton has been honored to have an amazing team of instructors. Inspired, open-minded, and with hearts of gold, our team serves up the zen each week to the Denton community.
Co-Founder and Teacher, and a Mom to two beautiful children, Jessica is a graduate of the Inspire Yoga Teacher Training Program. Yoga has always been an important part of her life, and you can expect any class from Jessica to be different from the last, but you can always expect a fun and challenging practice.
An instructor at Fusion South Lake, Jessica or "little jess" joined the Karm Yoga team in 2015, and has been with us since the beginning. Jessica recently began her 300 certification, and in between working, studying, and spending time with her adorable pomeranian Ne-Wo, she teaches mindful and inspiring yoga classes that will leave you de-stressed and ready to take on the day.
This North Texas Sweetheart has been with us since 2015, a current UNT student and recently engaged! Through her own personal practice and teacher training, Savanna discovered that not only is yoga beneficial for your physical body, but also your mental and spiritual body. Yoga has the power to transform you in so many ways, and you can always expect a thoughtful and relaxing class from Savanna.

Co-founder and teacher, Tiffany never takes an opportunity to teach yoga, to share the practice with others for granted. Whether moving through a slow flow or a more rigorous practice, she always takes care to create a class that focuses on the pairing of movement with breath, allowing each inhale and exhale to take you from pose to pose.
